Shipping and Return Policies

We want you to love your scrubs. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return. 

 

Return Window 

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Any return requests made after 30 days unfortunately cannot be accepted. If you'd like to ask for a return or a refund, please click here to fill out our form.

 

Condition of Items 

To be eligible for a return, scrubs must be: 

  • Unworn 

  • Unwashed 

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage 

  • In original condition with all tags attached 

Because our scrubs are considered wearable medical apparel, items that show signs of use cannot be accepted for return. 

 

How to Start a Return 

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with: 

  • Your order number 

  • The item(s) you wish to return 

  • Reason for the return 

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. 

 

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking. 

 

Refunds 

Once the returned items are received and inspected: 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment 

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the return is received 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Exchanges 

At this time we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
